Accessibility Statement

The commitment
Accessibility is part of every Field Prep engagement, so it has to be part of this site too. I build and maintain fieldprepstudios.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
What that means here
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
- Focus is always visible, with a clear outline on links, buttons, and fields.
- Text and interface colors meet or exceed AA contrast ratios.
- Headings follow a logical order, with one page title per page.
- Landmarks such as navigation, main content, and footer are marked up properly.
- Images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative art is hidden from screen readers.
- Links and buttons describe where they go or what they do, with comfortable tap targets.
- Motion is subtle and respects the reduce motion setting in your operating system.
How it is tested
The site is checked with keyboard-only navigation, automated accessibility tooling, contrast checks, and screen reader spot checks across desktop and mobile widths. Testing is ongoing rather than a one-time pass.
Known limits
No site is ever finished. Third-party content such as embedded fonts or external profiles is outside my direct control, and new content can introduce issues before I catch them. If you find a barrier, I would rather hear about it than not.
Report a barrier
Email hello@fieldprepstudios.com with the page and what went wrong. I aim to respond within two business days and to fix confirmed issues promptly.
